When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping! That's how the saying goes, right? It's amazing how much stuff it takes to completely furnish a house--even a little house like The Coral Cottage!
In my last post I showed you some of the things accumulated for the house so far but believe it or not--we still have shopping to do!
First stop is U-Haul...
Done! Now IKEA here we come!
IKEA is a wonderland of home goods--anything you could want and then some for furnishing a home. The first time Henry and I visited the Atlanta location we wandered around in there for hours and still didn't see everything!
On this trip we had a list and we stayed focused on it--two sofas, two chairs, and four slipcovers. Simple enough except this is a self-service store. Thankfully I have a muscular hubby! We also bought a few things for another project we will share with you later.
Hey wait--that's not everything!
Now you see why we needed U-Haul! It's time to load up and head to Tybee--come back and keep me company!
